Manufacturing

Testing

Ensuring that the products and modules we manufacture perform to specification is important to us, and gives our customers confidence in allocating high quality products to us. To meet these stringent criteria, we host an impressive range of testing equipment, including X-ray machines and Wireless Testers amongst others, to ensure that our customers' products meet the strictest quality requirements before leaving the factory space.

With our team of in-house test engineers, we are able to offer a complete suite of test development services from formulating test strategies to designing and developing the test systems - to meet customer demands. Whether it is a component level test, in-circuit test, functional test, vectorless test for ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits) or the development of an entire production test line, our test engineers deliver standardised and customised test solutions for a variety of applications including Wireless Communications, Storage and Consumer Electronics.

Engineering Capability Support

Behind our full range of manufacturing and testing services are our dedicated engineers, who are closely involved with our customers to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. It is our comprehensive engineering support capability that bridges the gap between our customers' designs and the final product.

We offer our customers the following engineering support:

Supply Chain Management

Jurong Technologies, together with our customers and suppliers, has developed a comprehensive logistics and order fulfillment system, which is able to offer customised supply chain management solutions that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

In addition, Jurong Technologies assists our customers through our global sourcing and procurement network of International Procurement Offices located in Singapore, Taiwan, China and the USA. This global network helps our customers reduce material costs, transportation costs, inventory carrying costs and international taxes, tariffs, and duties.

Original Design and Manufacturing ("ODM")

Jurong Technologies supports our customers in their ODM production, through our alliances with strategic partners. Our range of services includes conceptualisation, industrial design and the manufacture of precision mechanical and plastic components.

Post-Manufacturing Services

Our manufacturing services do not end with the shipment of finished goods to our customers. To assure customers who trust us with their products, we offer a range of post-manufacturing services such as product re-working, product upgrading and managing of engineering changes.
